The Richard Seltzer Park on Panama City Beach is our favorite location for a Beach Wedding in the area. This location is relatively private at Sunset and has easy access to many of the amenities of Panama City Beach, minus hordes of beachgoers. Adequate parking and 850 feet of preserved coastline, provide a tranquil sunset wedding environment. This 4.75 acre parcel off Thomas Drive, has an emphasis on beach/dune preservation and environmental impact education. Height restrictions were placed on the neighboring structures, therefore no high-rises on either side of this location.
All in all, this is the ideal location that does not currently require a permit and is more of a local’s only beach. Tucked amidst the amenities of Panama City Beach, a variety of nearby restaurants provide ample options for a short drive nearby reception area. As one guest put it, ‘You really feel like you have the whole beach to yourself.
