Permit Required:  Yes, $600+ *Admission to the park is included with the Permit purchase.  Permit costs are billed in a second invoice with 10+ Guests as these costs are not covered by the initial deposit amount and are limited to a ‘Evening’ or ‘Morning’ time-frames set by Florida Statutes. There is an additional $100 Location Charge for Rehearsal (this includes entrance to the park) in addition to the Officiant Fee.  Please note the ‘Permit’ cost is based on Total Attendance (Officiate, Guests, Bridal Party, and Vendors) vs. Chair Count.  Further, no artificial flowers are allowed to hit the sand, therefore only the Raised Sand or Shepherd Hook Aisle Ways are permitted.  *Please note, Pavilion permitting is booked directly with the Park itself and must accompany a ceremony site permit. Glass and artificial flowers of any kind are not allowed at Henderson Beach State Park. Further, this location is subject to certain major holiday blackout dates set forth by the State of Florida. 

*Saturday/Sunday – the payment booth can create a long wait to enter the park. This location does offer a Pavilion backup option however, it must be rented and additional costs apply and must be booked in advance of the ceremony. We recommend a ‘Plan B’ for this location should you choose not to rent the pavilion:  Weather Page.

Six picnic pavilions, Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. The pavilions are available to rent for weddings and other special events. Late afternoon rentals are available year-round, and daytime rentals are available Labor Day weekend through Memorial Day weekend.
