Coming from similar backgrounds, Vatravis and Sharkeshia crossed paths as teens in Southwest Atlanta.  Who would have thought, two individuals introduced through mutual friends would instantly have a connection with each other.  They became friends and often referred to themselves as “brother and sister”.  As time passed by, they grew fonder and closer.  Vatravis and Sharkeshia began to realize that the love they shared had become unconditional and eternal.  They decided to make it official and coexist together.  The couple had a readymade family because Vatravis had a daughter at an earlier age. However, Sharkeshia was willing to love his beautiful daughter as her own. As years passed, God blessed the two with their second precious baby girl.  Like most young couples, they did what it took to stay afloat and together.

As years passed by, the couples encountered countless obstacles, trials, and tribulations that tested their love and faith. Overcoming all challenges and embracing the wonderful times, they decided to tie the knot in 2011.  Proverbs 18:22 states, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord.”  The couple was confident that the Lord would bless their union until the end of time.  With no date and plans, on November 11, 2011, the two decided that date was perfect and significant.  11-11-11, signified a reminder that they would be as one, under one for the remainder of their life, and with all that is.  Vatravis and Sharkeshia immediately called upon Keshia’s uncle Bill (may he rest in peace) to do their nuptials.  With no hesitation he blessed their union, which was intimate and filled with love.  Over the years the two have matured, became one, raised children, open businesses, and been blessed endlessly by the grace of God.

Being that their love goes deeper than words, gestures, praise, or adoration, Mr. & Mrs. Vatravis Gaston have decided to celebrate the renewal of their vows for their 10th year wedding anniversary.  #HappilyEverGaston
