Our Story began in July 2020.  To say 2020 will be a year to remember for everyone is an understatement for us.  After being locked down due to the Pandemic and enduring a quarantine while recovering from Covid myself, I decided to upload a dating site.  David was the first and only one who caught my eye.  We started texting and after I was fully recovered met for dinner on July 11, 2020.  David says that after the third date he knew he wanted us to be together forever.  That was the day I introduced him to the only person in the world from whom he would need to earn approval and respect, my son, Bailey Cole Allen.  It didn’t take long for them to become the best of buddies and for David to love him as his own son.   After asking Bailey for his blessing, David proposed on September 26, in my hometown of Fayetteville, NC.  The surprise proposal was followed by an engagement dinner with some close friends and family.  After careful consideration and discussing what we both envisioned as our perfect wedding day, we decided on a destination wedding in Destin Florida.  

We will begin the first day of the Best of our Lives on Sunday June 20, 2021.  Even though all of our family and friends will not be there in person, we ask that you be with us in spirit and in blessing of our marriage and our new family.
