Our Story
Andrew and I met on Match.com in September 2019. Andrew was just about to give up on Match, having been on the site longer than I had. I had just joined Match when this really cute guy popped up with pictures of him and his adorable dog. We ended up matching and he started messaging me. After a couple of weeks of messaging, we met up at a dog park with Vanna and Jade for our first date. Obviously, meeting someone for the first time that you have only talked to online is a little awkward. You just hope that they look like they do online! But I thought he was even better looking in person, and I felt really excited about him. We started hanging out every weekend with the dogs. After about a month, he told me he loved me and asked me to be his girlfriend. I was pretty shocked, because I felt like this guy is way too perfect! What’s wrong with him? But it turns out that he is just the perfect guy for me. And I couldn’t be more thankful to have met him!
We moved in together at the end of December 2019. One year later, Andrew asked me to marry him on December 28, 2020. We picked our wedding date, and decided to make a big change by moving to Florida this summer! It’s a big year for us, but we couldn’t be more excited to continue our wonderful journey together with more adventures.
