Located on the East side of KSRQ – Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, with breath taking views of a setting Sunset as the Blue Taxi-way Lights turn on is an ideal reception location to leave your guests impressed with your special occasion. The venue accommodates a guest count up to 250 and has an extremely open floor plan setting. The 10,000 SF commercial airplane hangar is a blank canvas for you to create the event of your dreams.
Universal Flight Training does not provide catering, however, we have a list of preferred caterers to choose from. The caterers on this list are trusted vendors, who we know will do a fantastic job serving your wedding reception.
Rental Rates:
Prices below are for a two-day period (one evening to setup + day of the event). *Please note this property is typically used for commercial aviation activities, thus decor, chairs/sashes, spruce, climate control devices, etc. must all be brought in and is subject to the climate for that particular evening.
Booking Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will be required. The complete balance is due 1-week prior to the event.
