Ceremony Music

Choice of Live Music or PA System

Ceremony Only (1-Hour for Live Musicians, additional Time Available):  The Ceremony music is scheduled to play 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony as guests arrive, the Entrance & Exit Song, with an additional 15-20 minutes during post-ceremony picture time!

The music is an integral part of your Special Day and we want to get it right!  If you do not have a preference, we have a set playlist for the Entrance & Exit songs.  Here are the sample Tracks for the PA System Included with our Wedding Packages (please note you can truly customize the specific Entrance & Exit songs – please send one email with the direct link(s) from YouTube at least two weeks prior to the ceremony):

Cannon In D • Traditional Entrance • Traditional Exit • Over the Rainbow • Say Hey • Marry Me • Hey Soul Sister • Ava Maria • Walking On Sunshine • The Gift • I’m Yours

Typically, couples will have requested tracks in the following format (please email your requests to [email protected]):

Track 1:  *Anyone who walks before the Bride
Track 2:  Bridal Entrance
Track 3:  Exit for Couple & Bridal Party
*We DO NOT recommend having any tracks playing during the Wedding Ceremony as this will drown out the Officiant and provide an awkward pause altering the flow and cadence of the ceremony itself (i.e. Vows, Unity Sand, Readings, etc.).
*We can play additional tracks, however this must be saved to a Bluetooth device (For PA System Requests) and supplied on-site at least 30-minutes in advance of the ceremony start time to allow for proper sync’ing with our PA System.  Please note we do not recommend having music during the Unity Sand ceremony as it has a tendency to drown out the Officiant and provides an awkward pause in the middle of the ceremony.
Please note there is nearly always a breeze on the beach and certain instruments do not carry sound as well as others (particularly wood instruments).  Further, certain instruments do not have the 1/4″ mic jack required for amplification.  If you have questions in this regard, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
