Permit Required: Yes, $200+ *Please note Wedding Package submission does not guarantee the location, there is a typical 1-2 day turn around from Walton County on the Permit. We always recommend a ‘Plan B’ backup location (Santa Rosa Beaches) just in case. Permit Pricing is based on ‘Attendance’ vs. ‘Chair Count’ – we are limited to set up times beginning 1-hour prior to the ceremony and permit pricing is subject to change. Unity Sand ceremony is conducted using Plastic Containers in Walton County for show, a kit will be sent 1-2 weeks following the ceremony with actual beach sand and additional colors. This location can accommodate larger gatherings Monday-Thursday on non-holiday weeks. Location recommended for a ‘Morning’ or ‘Sunset’ ceremony time-frame during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Larger gatherings we recommend using transportation services as parking is limited. All outside vendors must be named personally on the permit and must be an Approved Walton County Vendor prior to the ceremony. Please Submit this information immediately at time of booking to ensure no Code Violation ($500 fine and/or cancellation of wedding the day of) by Walton County.
