Madeira Beach Destination Weddings

John’s Pass

Our John’s Pass Beach location in Madeira is memorable for its sugar-white sand dunes. The contrast of the dunes with the clear blue water is a photographer’s dream. The horizon at John’s Pass is often dotted with passing cruise ships and even the occasional pirate schooner, providing a unique and memorable backdrop for your big day.

The nearby boardwalk and pier offer an array of dining and reception options. Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Co. offers both seafood and traditional fare, and the Bamboo Beach Bar and Grill is a Madeira Beach institution, beloved by both locals and visitors.

The public main beach in Madeira Beach has a variety of spots where couples have said “I do.” Our team can work with the owner of your condo unit or rental house to create a custom wedding experience right out of the backdoor of your rental.

We can set up anywhere along the beach, as long as we have permission and access. Our insurance policy covers us anywhere in Pinellas County. For most spots on the public beach, we recommend a weekday wedding, as the weekend can be more crowded.

Parking can be difficult along the public beach, but Tom Steward Kitty Park at 14081 Gulf Boulevard offers a beautiful small pavilion and a handful of parking spots that work well for more intimate ceremonies.

If you are looking for a spot to stay in Madeira Beach, we also recommend the Barefoot Beach Hotel. Regardless of which Madeira Beach spot you choose for your beach wedding, we are confident you will fall in love with the beauty and romance of this gulf-coast town.

The main public beach on Madeira Beach for weddings is located at 15100 Gulf Blvd. It requires a special event permit for beach weddings. There is currently a $125 permit required (+$50 for 30 Guests or More).

Madeira Beach can be very crowded on the weekends, so it can be hard to find parking and a nice spot for your wedding. Sunset and Midweek (Monday – Thursday) are the best options for weddings at this location. Tom Steward Kitty Park has a few parking spots and a small pavilion. It’s located at 14081 Gulf Boulevard.

If you’re staying at a condo, home or hotel, please speak with them about having your wedding there. We can setup just about anywhere as long as we have permission and access + our insurance policy covers us anywhere in Pinellas County. There is a very nice area for your wedding at the southern end of Madeira Beach, and we would be happy to show you this location if you are interested. Our Wedding Packages

Archibald Park

*Optional Pavilion Rental for Reception. Please Contact Us for more information.

Madeira Beach is what folks around here would refer to as a gym of “Old Florida.” Still a mostly residential community, this quiet beach village is known for its absence of major businesses and tranquil environment. Madeira Beach’s natural beauty and colorful seascape make it a site uniquely suited to beach weddings.

Our Archibald Park site is sure to enchant both you and your spouse and will be the envy of anyone who ever chose to say their vows indoors. This sanctuary of sea and sand provides a stunning backdrop for your wedding photos. The sunset here rivals any on the coast of California and offers ideal lighting conditions for evening ceremonies.

Right across the street, CAMBRiA is a brand new hotel in Madeira Beach and an excellent location to host the reception and lodging.  Archibald Park’s location is convenient for out-of-town guests looking for a relaxing spot to stay. With yachts passing in the sunset and daily dolphin sightings, the CAMBRiA is the perfect spot for your guests to enjoy a drink on the rooftop deck or cool off in the pool.

Archibald Park’s proximity to the Salt Rock Grill means all of your guests — from the picky 8-year-old to the cosmopolitan foody– will enjoy a meal out.  Dine on daily specials and oysters from all over the country.
