You may rent a private beach pavilion on
beautiful sunset beach for your wedding.
There are certain rules
which regulate this Florid Beach Pavilion.
But it makes a wonderful location
for a morning, afternoon or sunset wedding.
We will gladly provide you with a wedding package for this
site.
Pavilion Rules:
1.) Sunset Beach Pavilion on
Treasure Island - Operating hours 8 am to Sunset.
2.) Sunset
Beach Pavilion on Treasure Island has a boardwalk that leads to
beach for weddings.

has 6 Picnic Tables - 100 people Capacity for Weddings and
Parties.

Beach Pavilion is directly on the beach, vending area,
restrooms, showers, playground, beach wheelchair, handicap
accessible facility, shaded open-air picnic area.
Rental rates
($100 deposit required to reserve Sunset Beach Pavilion)
Residents
$200.00
(plus tax) for a six-hour rental, during operational hours 12
noon to sunset
Non-residents
$300.00
(plus tax) for a six-hour rental, during operational hours 12
noon to sunset
Overtime Fee
$50.00
(plus tax) per hour. (Overtime applies to rentals at the Beach
Pavilion outside of the scheduled operational hours exceeding
the six-hour rental period).
Sunset Beach Parking lot Rental Rates
Black Skimmer Lot - $25.00 (plus tax) for 3 hours
Snowy Egret Lot (residents only) - $7.50
(plus tax) for each additional hour.
The rates include parking in lots adjacent to and across from
the Sunset Beach Pavilion on Treasure Island. Parking passes distributed on day
