*This location requires a $125 Permit through the City of Clearwater Beach (we process the permit on your behalf).  Clearwater Beach in particular has a temporary restriction regarding permitting – only 1 wedding per location is permitted per day.  We will not know the availability until after reservation, when we submit for a finalized permit. Further, this location is subject to certain major holiday blackout dates set forth by the City of Clearwater.

Mandalay Park in Clearwater Beach Weddings

Our ‘Mandalay Park’ location is located centrally on Clearwater Beach proper’s North Beach section. Mandalay Park is only 2 blocks South of our Clearwater Beach location at the end of Avalon Street.   Two popular dining locations anchor the North and South sections of this location, the Palm Pavilion and Frency’s on Clearwater Beach.  This location features a pristine section of the beach. This location is more work for us to setup; however, the sand here is soft and makes for a beautiful sunset wedding ceremony for any size wedding.  The ‘Sand Dune’ aisle way on the North side of the location is the perfect backdrop for formals and more intimate shots of just the bride/groom and family.

            There are two rows of public parking right next to the wedding site, and ample parking along Mandalay Avenue. Weddings of all shapes and sizes are recommended at this location. This wedding site is often requested rather than recommended by us because this property is such an exclusive area. This beach location does require a $125 permit fee at this time.

This medium-privacy location is the perfect spot for a beach wedding with your Custom Beach Wedding Studio wedding or one of our pre-Designed Wedding Packages: Simply Beautiful Package, Wedding Dreams Package, Perfect Package, or Beach Celebrations. Parking at the Clearwater Beach Somerset location is limited.
